The process
Most nutrition advice is written for everyone, which means it works for almost no one. Your genetic data tells a different story, one that is specific to you.
Upload your raw DNA data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or whole genome (VCF). No lab visit needed. From there, we analyze the genes most relevant to your specific struggle and build your coaching framework around that.
Choose the level of support that fits your life. Async coaching gives you expert guidance without the scheduling pressure. Live coaching adds two one-on-one sessions per month for when you want to go deeper.
Most clients notice a shift in clarity and energy within the first few weeks. From there, the work deepens. Performance, resilience, mood. There is always a next level when you are ready for it.

About Brian
