Upload your raw DNA data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or whole genome (VCF). No lab visit needed. From there, we analyze the genes most relevant to your specific struggle and build your coaching framework around that.

About Brian

I have run the miles.

Six years ago I started paying attention to how food was affecting my brain, not just my body. I am an avid runner, and I noticed the difference between days when I was mentally sharp and days when I was grinding through fog. The answer was not more discipline. I spent 25 years in tech before walking away to do this full time. I have spent the last three years coaching clients through that same shift, with a particular focus on men, who are genuinely underserved in this space. Clarity, mood, resilience, performance.
