The process
With health coaching centered around nutrition, we start with your body’s DNA blueprint, and what’s actually happening in your body, to get a faster, clearer picture of what may help. Health coaching keeps your goals, desires, and growth at the center of every interaction.
The patterns you have noticed, the struggles you have been watching, the history that keeps repeating. If you have DNA data, bloodwork, or GI labs, bring those too. The more context we have, the more precisely we can work.
This is not a protocol handed down to you. Using your data as our guide, we work together to find what actually fits your life, for you, your child, your partner, or whoever you are focused on right now.
As you feel habits forming, fog lifting, outbursts slowing down, and mood improving, you can continue to build on those habits, move onto another goal, or shift the coaching to another family member.

Generic nutrition advice fails most people. For families navigating mental and behavioral health, it fails faster and costs more.
